The City of Clayton was looking to revamp their citizen newsletter. They wanted a modern, clean approach that spoke to the city’s brand. With an outcomes-driven focus, they wanted to inform their community stakeholders of the work that is being done by the government on their behalf.
The new format keeps the content concise with quick nuggets of information their readers find of interest. This new format has allowed the flexibility to incorporate annual department progress analysis and quickly convey information that supports the growth of the city.
