Queen of Peace Center wanted to re-engineer the annual report to be a better tool to communicate what they do. Queen of Peace is a family-centered behavioral healthcare provider for women with addiction, their children and their families.
The challenge was to develop a piece that could help tell their story utilizing statistical outcomes to show how they effect change in the community. Statistics were also a transparent way to demonstrate the financial health of the organization.
With open minds we collaboratively reimagined what an annual report might look like. Considering how, on a human level, this piece would be physically used, we explored content, we reimagined shape, its use and how to include a section thanking donors. The result was an effective piece that’s use extended well beyond the traditional yearend report. For a non-profit, this was a creative and efficient use of resources.
